Oasis, (What's the Story) Morning Glory? (1995)

This isn't good. The hits can't save it. Nothing can.

I had high hopes of revisiting this, high hopes that my middle school memories of Oasis would be positively reawakened. Boy, was I let down.

There's an easy accounting for this. My major exposure to this album was the hits. I never owned the LP, just heard the hits get radio play.

But when I hear the hits alongside the other tracks, I realize how stinky the so-called hits are too.
